Privacy policy Section 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

Data type

We process personal and fiscal data, including economic data necessary to the management of customer relationships. As a rule we do not manage any sensitive or judicial data pursuant to Section 4.1 of Legislative Decree 196/2003; should such data be necessarily processed (for instance, a subscription to our newsletter), we ask the user’s consent in advance.

Data Processing purposes

Our customer's data is processed in order to provide for the required services and to comply with contractual and legal / fiscal obligations, and to properly manage financial, commercial and administrative relations. Data will be processed for the duration of the service provided and onwards for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and for administrative and commercials purposes.

Data voluntarily supplied by the user: Voluntary and explicit emails sent by the user to various access channels on the website and the filling out of dedicated forms resulting in the acquisition of the user/sender data, which is necessary to be able to answer user inquiries and/or to fulfill the requested service. Specific summarized info will appear in the website pages dedicated to specific services upon request.

Here are excerpts from Section 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, to remind the user that he/she can exercise the following rights: -obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exists, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form, and the purposes and methods of the processing and the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with electronic means; - Obtain erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected and subsequently processed; -obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; -object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection.
